Breathwork is a range of breathing techniques and practices that involve conscious control of the breath to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be meditative, therapeutic, or energizing, depending on the style used.  


Breathwork can be incredibly powerful on so many levels. Here's a breakdown of some the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits:

Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it is not suitable for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with a medical professional before participating:

  • High or abnormal blood pressure
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • Osteoporosis or recent significant physical injuries/surgeries
  • Cardiovascular disease (including angina or a history of heart attack)
  • Severe mental health conditions (including Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Severe PTSD, Psychosis, Paranoia)
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Aneurysm history (personal or family)
  • Pregnancy (without approval from a primary caregiver)
  • COPD


Many people report significant improvements in mood and stress levels. While it's not a substitute for medical treatment, it can be a powerful complementary tool.  


Not at all! All you really need is a quiet, safe space and a willingness to breathe with intention. Breathwork can be done lying down or seated—whatever feels best for you. 


In my sessions, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way. I’m here to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to relax, open up, and just be yourself. 


To help you get the most out of your experience, I recommend bringing anything that helps you feel cozy and grounded—like a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, or a journal for reflections afterward. Your comfort is key!
