All information is kept confidential and secure, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and in alignment with Ontario best practices. Session notes are stored safely and never shared without your consent, unless required by law.

You have the right to access your records, request corrections, or withdraw consent at any time. Records are retained for up to 10 years, consistent with best practices. In the unlikely event of a data breach, you will be notified promptly in accordance with legal requirements.
