All information is kept confidential and secure, in compliance with Ontario’s privacy laws (PHIPA & PIPEDA). Session notes are stored safely and never shared without your consent, unless required by law.

You have the right to access your records, request changes, or withdraw consent at any time. Records are kept for 10 years as required by Ontario regulations.
